For fit on the front you'll need to talk to DSE/AME for their experience and end up with spacers in the 1.75" to 1.875" range.
For the back end, you'll need to have minitubs and an appropriate spacer in the 1.75" to 2.00" range. Offset can be determined from Ebay ads (they often list offset specs) then go here for an explanation how to go from offset to back spacing
