I have not seen any real positive changes in Washington yet. In the blue collar arena around here the jobs are really hard to find and most are down on wages if you can get one.
I have been in the cabinetry business for most of my life. As a fabricator and installer. The last few years as a project manager. Many of the local smaller shops are going under. A few of the large shops that ship nationwide are also going under. The timber industries here are taking a brutal beating. Mills shutting down all over the place.
The help they promised has not shown up here yet. But if you ask our elected
"friends" at the capitol, they say it's fantastic and everyone is just fine.

As for the housing market Todd, I have a few friends in real estate and that has improved a little. But only just a LITTLE. Still, it's a positive move in the market.
