That sucks for sure Blake. I haven't personally dealt with them but I remember a few guys building FFRs using them for their crate engines. Don't remember any of those guys having trouble. Aren't they located in Georgia? Maybe some of the Lat-G guys located there would know more or might even pay them a visit
