I'm positive that this statement is incorrect. At least in regards to online orders.
I placed my order on 4/2 and was billed on 4/2. On 5/6 I received an email update stating parts should ship mid week of the following week. On 6/12 I received the parts. On 6/22 I received a confirmation of delivery email.
The quality of the parts is great while the quality of the website ordering system/communication of the business owners is not so great.
