That wheel design was a big deal in the 70's. Lil John and Boyd started that back in the with the AMBR 33 ford roadster of Jamie Musselman .Allan Budnik of Budnik Wheels(one of
vendor) used this design while he was working for Hot Rods by Boyd.He can build them for you.
