No problem, glad you are here.
I don't know much about body work either, but I have read and been told it is not a good idea to change body panels on a rotissery. (welded panels) I guess it is not secure enough (the body strength) to get good alignment when you go to weld new ones on. Also, brace everything inside with tubing, weld it in, when you start cutting out rusty areas of your body.
I am not the guy to give advice on body work. Just brace it all really good to maintain "square" before you cut into it.
If you have a chance to find out what unit that is, I'd appreciate it.
