The C5 and C6 Z06 wheels are different diameters, widths and offsets between the two applications, as well as similar but different 10-spoke designs. If you just want that style of wheel, you can get reproduction versions in various different sizes and finishes, however all will be of a high-offset design and require wheel adapters to make up for the offset/backspacing.
In general, an 8" wide wheel up front and 9.5" in the back with 245/275 rubber front/rear will fit without too much difficulty...seems to be one of the most common fitments. If you're really careful and somewhat lucky, you might be able to go 1/2" wider on the wheels, but BS becomes uber-critical and rubbing much more likely everywhere depending on your ride height and tire diameter. Overall tolerances on the car with respect to the rear axle being centered relative to the quarters and rear sub start to become more and more critical the bigger you go.
That said, there are ways to fit bigger wheels/tires up front if you don't mind sacrificing some turning radius. A quick search will turn up a bunch of reading for you.
