4 in 1 headers using a 1 5/8" primary and 3" collector, around 29" total primary length. 2.5" duals, preferably with an x-pipe to balance the two. As for mufflers you need to listen to a few and see what you like. But personally I think the hooker aerochamber would be a great setup. Pretty tame at idle but has a nice growl when you stand on it.
Look at this guys work and see how it compares to whats available. You don't "NEED" anything super custom and likely won't get a major performance gain from it, but there is a certain appeal to an awesome set of custom fab headers.
