I would keep it efi, no carb. But if you go carb there are only a few choices for an intake; GM Performance has one, and I believe Edelbrock also does, and that's about all I've heard of. Since they're a fuel injected engine there's not a lot of intake manifolds out there for carbs.
On the carb, probably something in the 750 cfm range or so.
