There are plenty of cars with exhaust routed "threw" the quarters,anyone with average fabbing skills and common sense should be able to get that done,some cars have different suspension set-up and it may be difficult to route the exhaust ,so some of the actual body structural areas must be cut out and re-worked and reinforced around new exhaust, spend few hours checking out galleries at Ironworks,Bruning or Troy's sites,you'll get an idea what it takes, good luck
