Default Dynoed the Chevelle today

Took Malitude over to Driving Ambition in Rancho Cordova today to have the car dynoed. Shad and Brian were great, super friendly and professional. They use a Dynopack chassis dyno that actually bolts to the rear axles (after removing the tires). They're real nice as they have very good loading capabilities, take up very little floor space, and eliminate any tire spin issues.

Made a few pulls. The first few were at my street 14 psi and unfortunately those stopped the dyno due to too much wheel torque (high torque engine with auto trans can cause issues). It still made 722 rwhp and 784 rwtq at only 4800 rpms, and then the runs were aborted. I'm pretty confident that boost level would have netted 850-900 rwhp, and that's not bad for a 91 octane setup.

We later dropped the boost back to not exceed the torque capabilities. 7-8 psi made 620 rwhp or so and 685 rwtq. Overall real happy with the results, no broken parts...........
