LOL.....this is about the cleanest forum on the net and these threads usually are deleted. Should they be when there is a valid point? I hate to see a vendor protected by a website just because they fund the owner. If there is a valid complaint, then I want to know about it so I don't spend my hard earned money with that vendor. Should a dog that's not in the hunt have a word in the discussion like you and I?
It's a gray area. At the end of the day when I make a mistake, I own up to it and fix it. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you handle them.
