Default LS-x Fuel Regulator

I weld a Stainless Steel "bung", a 12mm X 1.25 nut with one end rounded to the internal size of the Stainless fuel rail tubing opposite the entry rail.

I then add an "COTS" Commercial Off The Shelf fuel regulator, threaded on the fuel entry end with manifold vacuum reference.

One thing to remember is that when the "regulator" is "manifold vacuum" referenced, the BARO correction will be a normal decreasing slope as the altitude is increased.

When the "regulator" is "open to free air" for pressure reference, the BARO correction will be inverted as the altitude is increased. (more fuel needed at light load).
