You get what you pay for.....this is a real important layer so dont cheap out on it or you may regret it down the line.

PPG, Dupont, House of Kolor, SPI...... I'd stick with those.

Its also important on what the final color brand will be....stick with the same company throughout the paint process....dont use one company for epoxy, a diff for primer and a diff for color etc.
