while i agree to a point with longer is better, if you bring the panel to the temp specified by the primer manufacturer for the time said, it should be fully cured, period. while we know this is not true in alot of cases, this is where higher end materials, which use better ingredients shine above all.
we have to be serious, there are not many car owners who want to see the car at a standstill for 30 days for primer, when more then likely it will be primed 2-3 times.
