I'm thinking that GM is not wanting to offer much in the way of "helping you" to try to beat their system... LOL
There are LS engine management software programs that you can buy that will allow you to snoop around in their "pool"... but if you want to start to program it - you're going to have to bring big bucks to the table. I think the programing software you can buy is in the $1000's of dollars not hundreds.... which makes it really only available to the commercial guys.
