The Mustang Dyno is better for real-world tuning. It can load like on the road which is much better when tuning a car. The Dynojet is much more common and what most people quote for numbers. They're also higher so from a customers point of view they're going to want the higher numbers on their printout.
If you're using it for tuning I'd lean towards the Mustang unit. If you're mostly going to be doing dyno pulls for customers they'll probably prefer the Dynojet.
