I was recently reading a new french magazine with US cars (rods, muscle cars, kustoms,...) and i was amazed to find a strange comment about this 69 Mustang.
The author said: "Bad point goes to the too much modern wheels which would have been better seen on a
Pro-Touring car(????), dechromed for exemple. Installing 18" vintage look would have been a better idea"

So, i ask the aficionados, What is exactly a Pro-Touring ?
Is it an old car with improved mecanic (engine, brakes, wheels,...) with a stock look
or must it be modified with a lot of body mods (dechromed bumpers, flush windows, ....)??
I though it was both but perhaps m i wrong
