I do not think BJ is obligated to do anything. I think they are doing what is best for everyone involved. The buyer was pretty clear he did not want any emissions headaches. Maybe someone in Vegas can shed some light, but I understand it is a real PIA.
As for the taillight not working, someone knocked the bulb sockets out (or broke the bulbs sockets out) of that side installing the trunk trim panel when disconnectiong and reconnecting the battery. No big deal. But you would think it fricken threw a rod on stage the way some have talked about that damn taillight, LOL! I'll never let that happen again!
