Real estate? Hell... My house on Yarrow Point - I went to look at it - was there 15 minutes - called my wife - she walks in - spends 5 minutes - as she walks out says "make it happen". Two hours later - I wrote a check!
The house I'm in -- walked in -- looked around - scoped out the 'lot' (over an acre) and said - KOOL. Let's buy it. Total purchase time - 30 minutes.
