Jason, It's as simple as how much time to repair as to how much time to replace. I think this car is a great example. Chris chose to repair the quarter panels,the majority of the panels are in good shape.So repair time is about,lets say 5 hours compaired to the 15++++ hours a side to replace. The roof would take several hours to repair. The time it would take to repair that roof would be much more time than to replace.You also have to take into consideration what the owner wants or has the money for. There is a ton of other factors that go into this equation,budget and parts availability being just some of it. Chris has alot of time and money invested in his name he's not going to put out sh^t work. I think his cars speak for them self.. I hope this helps you understand .
