It's one of those things I've wanted to design and build myself, but the odds of it getting finished and working properly any time in the near future are slim to none (too many projects  ) They may already be out there, but I have never seen them...
I would like a "stock" appearing staple-shifter (68-72 Chevelle - I think Camaros had them too) with full-ratchet mechanism, and of-course, an extra gear for O/D all fitting inside a stock console.  |
That's a cool idea. They do the O/D extra gear thing now with a new detent but the shifter doesn't ratchet.
