If you're using it for tuning I'd lean towards the Mustang unit. If you're mostly going to be doing dyno pulls for customers they'll probably prefer the Dynojet.

I agree. You'll like the dyno jet. HP tuners is good too. Most of my LS1 friends are using HP tuners much more friendly than LS1edit.
