I am not sure about it but I would imagine the guys are at SEMA this week. The Hoodpins.net sets are really nice. Hotchkis just released a set but I'm not sure if they offer it in a locking version.
I just checked the website and it lists 11 units in stock in the machined finish locking hoodpins (hoodpins.net)
