Jay, as a side product have you thought of a front lower valence in this same style that could bolt on to a stock body? There are a several '69 Camaros out there that could use a effective splitter that doesn't look like it came from a dirt track car.

How about a combination of both? Anybody remember the Mercedes CLK GTR? They took the Mercedes sedan body and kind-of morphed it into a mid-engined car. Take the green-house area of a '69, shift it forward on a much-channeled body (complete with the '69 fender details). A laid back RS grill. A short "hood" with the cowl induction hump in the center. The rear engine cover would need the '69 SS hood "Stacks" right above the C5R motor. Kris Horton - got some spare time to draw this?

I'm only a dollar and 6 power ball numbers away from building one :-)

you do know that jay- is jason rushforth the desinger of this project, asking horton to draw something similar probably won't go over to well
