For the dry sump tank and breather you can just call Peterson Fluid systems - same tank as ATS used to offer and probably cheaper.
For coils definately stock GM - the aftermarket ones have some issues related to current draw and heat that can make them an issue in your application.
I would go Speartech harness if I did it again - you just have to decide if you want a mechanical TB or DBW. I like my mechanical TB but the DBW works fine as well.
Early LS style pilot bearing - the 'vette style pilot is completely different.
