The only DIET anyone can stick to permanently is to cook exactly what you like to eat -- and then only eat half of it... you have cut your calories exactly by half... and will loose weight - and not be "craving" the things you love...
So... want a steak and baked potato? Go ahead - just share one steak and one potato with your wife... or...
Add some exercise -- and you're in good shape (pun intended).
