You don't need adjustable upper arms if you lower your Mopar to the max. That's just a sales pitch from the guys that sells UCA's.

Alltime (Tim) notched the frame rails on a 68 Road Runner to lower it and ran stock UCA's and it aligned fine.

I have stock UCA's with moog 7103 offset upper bushings. I have 1.0 deg neg Camber, 4.5 deg positve caster. I'm too low to run stock LCA's bumpers. I actually don't run any at all. My stock k-member sits about 5.5" off the ground to it's absolute lowest point.
