Greg:

I think you could try using a 2004 Ford Mustang Cobra R rear suspension, a pushrod suspension, BUT if you use it you would have to reinforce the V-Arms to handle the weight of the pure steel of the car, because those suspensions are built for lightweight track cars. But really, you should try it,also the differential is really strong and with minor modifications you can make it handle +2000 HP.
