Don't tell your whole tale of woe regarding your experience with the dealer, in your listing. It serves no purpose. Just represent the car honestly and sell it, and cut your losses.

X2^^ E bay or some other national listing at a decent price and an honest rep of the car and move on. Lessons learned.
I am also very sorry to hear it didn't work out. Not sure what could have been done differently either. Maybe nothing.
