As to the fuel cell being offset to the pass. side, I don't see a big problem with that, since the intent may be to offset the effect of driver position/weight. Plus the oil tank is next to it so the combined weight of the two may be pretty well centered on the car, anyway.

The wing is indeed hideous looking, but may be quite functional depending on the intended use of the car. Full belly pan, QC rear, etc...the intent of the build sure seems to be to do some sustained high speed running, as in 200+....of course he will need the right tires for that but he may have them for all we know.

It would indeed be great if the builder/owner could get on here and explain his intentions for the car. Quite an impressive build.
