Three, too many factors can affect wheel location, such as hub design, rotor hat, outer wheel opening, tire size (for some reason many people forget that one), wheel lip design, tire side wall design, camber setting.
All you need is a straight edge and a tape measure.

Everyone's entitled to there opinion and I don't make a habit out of telling people about how there opinions are out of line. Thanks for taking my blinders off. Yes, I see the universe so much clearer now. In my statement I never asked anyone to reengineer my car.
