I met joe harmon several years back. He definitely walks to a different drummer. I saw the CAD models for this project back when they were a student engineering project, long before they went public and took on a life of its own. His knowledge of exotic wood species is unreal, and the length they are going to in making 98% of this car out of wood and functional is even crazier. tires, glass, instruments, and basic engine is pretty much the only thin that will not be wood.
