Well been a little bit since my last post on this. I got the belt system figured out i think, dash is out for new gauges when i buy them, wiring will be in tomorrow (most of it anyway). Might be test firing it tomorrow and if it all goes well then i'll put the front back on the car and set the radiator in and see what i need to do about hoses...I will let you know if/when i test fire it, fuel lines are run, still need to finish up the send line with an inline filter, and the tank is in the car (had to cut a hole in my trunk for the pump but it will make for easy replacement. Lots of stuff has been accomplished but no new pics yet, we've been working too hard to stop and take pics...We're just now coming inside from my unheated garage after flushing the T56 and puting in new fluid. Clutch pedal is in and i need to make a stop but we will do that tomorrow, and i had the slave cylinder modified and it works, little sweep but not terrible and i think it will work. We have the gas pedal and throttle cable in and it seems to work...I had to "massage" the floor a little where it was interfering (sp) and only letting me open the throttle about 1/3 full throttle. The shifter i'm using for now is the shift handle from the hurst competition 4sp shifter...little tall but it will work until i make my own when i'm back at school and have the shop at my disposal.
Anyway enough rambling for now i'm sure it's been hard enough to follow but i'm going on little sleep and bordering the line between insomnia and physical exhaustion...maybe i'll sleep.
