As far as the silicone coupler, measure the circumference of the OD of the throttle body with a flexible tape measure, divide by pi and then you have the diameter of the round coupler you need to purchase; it will simply deform into an oval.
However, if you want a molded oval boot, that's tough... here's all I could find:
