Based off their websites, it looks like Xtreme is using Techline coatings and Performance is using Cerakote coatings.

Performance lists Cerakote's satin colors as being good for 2000F. I knew they would take higher service temps than the standard "shiny silver" but I had no idea they were good up to 2000F. Stands to reason though, I used Cerakote satin titanium on my headers when I was running the Procharger and I really liked the color. It held up fantastically well too-- didn't even discolor near the exhaust ports after years and thousands of miles of use unlike the previous shiny coating when turned gray and started flaking after the very first WOT pass with the Procharger.
