Default AME GT Sport Front Clip for 2nd Gen Camaro

Just wanted to get some feedback on the AME clip!

I'm building a 1970 camaro, this is what I have so far:
-L92 motor with LS3 intake, T56 magnum.
-D/S mini tub with leaf springs.
-D/S subframe connectors
I've been looking at upgrading my stock sub frame with new control arms, c6 spindles and so on. At the end of it all I still have to find some headers that will work with the parts I decide to go with.
I've been told that the stock sub frame is pretty good to start off with, so would it be worth spending the extra money for an aftermarket front clip?
Also theres the fact that with the AME clip its lighter in weight and they have a set of LS headers and motor mounts that make the install that much easier.
I'm trying to stay on a budget with this car but I keep going back to the AME clip.
Is there anyone out there that is running one in a 2nd gen that would be able to comment.

Any input would be great!

Thanks Sandro
