I find this very interesting but I have some reservations about his non-pollution claims. Would it not depend on how the electricity to recharge your car is produced ?

If you recharge your battery from a coal fired power plant, how can you claim your "electric" car does not pollute ?

And if your plant is oil fired, it's probably foreign oil. And we all know about nuclear as well ........

And of course, if your battery ends up in a Chinese or Indian "recycling center", does that count as pollution if it is in another country ?

But you gotta love that torque ....
