295's in the back will be really close, but should be do-able. I assume youre running leaf springs, and if thats the case sometimes the rear end will sit slightly off-center, so Id check that out and make sure youre close enough there. Youll have to beat the seat belt hump in and roll the fender lip a bit, but ive seen 315's on non tubbed cars enough to know it can be done. I think with a 10 inch wheel you want 5.75BS but id double check.
The only solid into I can provide is that a 255 will rub at full lock on the sway bar, might not be an issue on a street car, but if your racing it you will probably rub. A 245 will fit fine though. A 245 will look and fit a 8 inch wheel better too.
