Well this isnt a personal perspective but I can tell you that my brother who lived there about 5 years ago for about 5 years or so and then they moved to Tucson Az.
They are trying to sell there place in Tucson and he cannot wait to get back to "The Junction" as he calls it, they like it there, he does have inlaws there as well but he cant wait to get back..... FWIW
So are they talking like the oil biz is picking up there? I know it was a big part of there economy, there's lots of deals on homes there right now.
