Installing my vintage air gen II compac. I notice there is small black plug like things on both the heater inlet and outlet lines on the evaporator. They do have a small hole in the center of each, which looks like it could be something to reduce the flow. Can anyone tell me if these stay on or need to be removed. Thanks
