No, not at all. Where the brackets for the shocks are placed on the rear matters. Where the lower link is located matters. Many kits actually have bracketry that goes into the wheel house on the outside of the frame rail. Many suspesnsions only take 315 or 305 tires.

And many suspensions compromise good geometry simply for packaging. There are limitations to what one can do under the stock floor as it relates to suspension travel / ride height. All systems share the same limitations, some suffer more then others. Some systems eliminate the possibilty of tailpipes also which really sucks.

In summary, just because it is a trick rear suspension, 3 link, 4 link, Torque Arm, does not automatically grant monster tires.
