You can buy urethane isolators for the pig tailed rear spring on your Chevelle, will raise it about 1/2" if you use one on each end of the spring. Energy suspension makes them.
As for wheel sizes, I like stagger in wheel and tire diameter. Your more then welcome to call me and discuss size ideas.
