I'm fixing to start a new project. Its a late 2nd gen Z28.

I would like a rendering done. It doesn't have to be a museum piece just a rough
idea of what it will look like.

What does the cost of something like this run?
Who's the most budget friendly? I don't mind paying, But I can't swing 750-1000
dollars for a picture.

I'll post pics of my new project soon as I can, So the artist that read this will have an idea what they are dealing with.
