Just put the new one on with a healthy dab of trim adhesive on the clips and have it taped down right now drying.

I put a couple of small dabs under the top trim after and solvent wash on the glass for an extra bit of bite. Hoping to keep it from tipping up in the front under wind pressure and blowing off again.
