I'd sell it too.
I wouldn't really want a car built by Foose, Boyd, Trepanier, Steilow, etc... I want a car built by
ME, the way
I want it.
Sure, I love those cars, but I've never yet seen a custom built car built that didn't have
anything I wouldn't change... and the fact it was "built by Foose" is what makes it valuable. As soon as you start changing things, it's no longer a "Foose" built car.
I'd get pretty sick of hearing people talk about how I "ruined" a Foose-mobile by changing nearly everything... so I'd sell it to someone who's going to appreciate it as a Foose car, and I'd use the money to build one how I want it.
