Then pull out the distributor and make sure #1 plug wire and rotor are pointing at the #1 cylinder (first hole on drivers side).
Do you have a timing light? What is the timing you are running at idle? Is the Distributor a vacuum or mechanical advance?

I found TDC and rotor is pointing to #1 so I’m not 180 off like I thought. I checked wires and all seem to be in correct place. Yes I have a timing light and the distributor is a vacuum advance. I’ll have to check timing tomorrow to see where it’s at.
