Nice looking Camaro. It has been well thought out. As far as the scoop to cowl clearance issue have you ever thought of forming a pocket in the cowl area adajacent to where the scoop edge aligns when the hood is closed and extending the edges of the lower rear edge of the scoop downwards so that this area will ride inside the pockets somewhat,therefore eliminating the gap.
