Some things in life just come with the territory. It's one of the big negatives of the restoration world. If you look through this thread, the guys that have been though it are saying it's not out of the ordinary. While I'd be pissed like the original poster, now I realize it's more the norm than a rarity. Five years ago I would of had no clue what went on in the restoration business. It's not all the shops fault either, different projects mean different problems. Moral of the story, restoring a car is not easy!
