Anybody know what backspace is optimal for the 10" wheel up front on a CA Chassisworks subframe? Would I have to homemade minitub the front? I don't want to mess with the outer lip at all.

Current wheel up front is 17x8 with I think 4.25"BS. So I would be adding 1/2" towards the lip which might be tight and the rest to the inside.

Advise, pics?

Thanks,

Mike,
I would contact Jon Henson @ www.driverzinc and get his take,he's the expert here.

Oh and I'm guessing your front 17x8's aren't a 4.25" b/s,probably more like 4.5-4.75".
